Belgrade Co-op Special Meeting Information

Belgrade Co-op member Patron,
Belgrade Co-op Special meeting was held at 8:00 am on January 26^th. The purpose of the meeting was to count votes for the proposed ballot. The ballot passed with all "yes" votes and only one "no" vote.
Result of the vote for Board of Directors made up of the following directors; Mark Walsh, Justin Anderson, Gary Meyer, Chad Braegelman, Jeremy Pierce, Jeremy Hoffenkamp, Keith Overman. Belgrade Co-op board meeting following the special meeting was an organizational meeting. Mark Walsh was elected chairman. Gary Meyer was elected vice chairman and Jeremy Pierce was elected secretary.

The cash dividend checks from 2020 are being sent out.
