We’ve all been on the side of being a new customer (think-cable or internet provider) where the incentive is for onboarding, not for how long you’ve been a customer or the fact that you get several services that the company offers. It feels great when you’re new, but what about being loyal to an organization?

With the mindset on the latter, “How can we thank our customers for doing several types of products or services, trusting us with so much of their business or operation?”

This concept came to fruition in 2023 and a new program titled “Co-op committed” was put into place winter of 2024, thanking those customers who support many of our product lines.
