to read about the safety measures you should take when you run out of gas.
Minimum delivery for call-in orders:
200 gallons (this minimum applies only to tanks that are 500 or 1000 gallon tanks)
Customers on “Scheduled Delivery” or Budget accounts
will not
have a charge for an out-of-gas situation
providing your account has no past due balance.
Customers with 30 days or more past due balances and Budget customers that have missed 2 monthly budget payments are considered to be “Will-Call” Customers.
We ask that scheduled delivery customers monitor their tank gauges from May through August as our propane drivers are not on their regular routes at this time.
New customers will be placed on a "Scheduled Delivery" status. Please call the office if you are a new customer and would like to be switched to a "Will-Call" status.
